Important Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: 100% advance payment is required. Installation charges are additional and not included in the product cost.
Logistics and Handling: Charges for loading, unloading, transportation, and packaging will be extra. Royal Machinery shall not be held responsible for any damage occurring during transportation, loading, or unloading.
Insurance: If insurance is required, the cost shall be borne by the customer/buyer.
Refund Policy: All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return Policy: Goods once sold will not be accepted back under any condition.
Official Invoice: Only invoices issued by Royal Machinery shall be considered valid for any future claims, disputes, service requests, installation, or delivery-related matters.

Payment Terms
100% advance payment is mandatory. Installation charges are additional and not included in the quoted price.
Price Basis
All prices are ex-factory Kolkata. Commissioning and installation charges are applicable separately.
Quotation Validity
All written quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. All typographical and clerical errors are subject to correction.
Packing & Transportation
Charges for packing and transportation will be extra. Royal Machinery shall not be liable for any damage during transportation, loading, or unloading.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes, levies, and duties will be charged extra as per prevailing rates.
Loading & Unloading
Charges for loading and unloading will be borne by the buyer and are not included in the quoted price.
Warranty
A one-year warranty is provided on spare parts from the date of supply. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damages due to short-circuit, burning, mishandling, or external factors.
Insurance
Insurance coverage, if required, must be arranged by the buyer at their own cost.
Road Permit / E-way Bill
For outstation deliveries, customers must provide the required road permit (E-way bill) in a timely manner.
Payment Safety
The company will not be held responsible for any payments deposited into an unauthorized or incorrect account.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 12–15 weeks from the date of full payment and confirmation.
Dealers/Traders Policy
Installation service, warranty, and guarantee are not applicable for dealers or traders purchasing at dealer rates.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable. A refund will only be considered if the product is not dispatched within 6–8 weeks (for Indian machines) or 10–12 weeks (for imported machines) from the date of full payment.
Return Policy
Goods once sold will not be taken back under any circumstances.
Amendments
Royal Machinery reserves the right to change or update the terms, conditions, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any condition.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal only.
Authorized Communication
Please interact only with authorized company personnel for any transaction or support.
Unauthorized Installation
Installation or servicing carried out by unauthorized personnel will void all warranties and guarantees, and Royal Machinery will not be liable for any resulting damages.
Additional Products
Any products or items not mentioned in the current quotation will be treated as a separate transaction.
Chinese Machines Disclaimer
No guarantee or warranty is offered for Chinese machines. The buyer assumes full responsibility for their use and any associated risks.
